Why did you choose Ambel?
In 2012, the then president and general manager learned about Amvel at the Bunshi Japan exhibition booth. We were having trouble with corn grit stains from muffins that were being made by placing them directly on the conveyor belt.
We thought that introducing Amber would solve the problem of contamination and reduce the time required for cleaning when changing products, which would lead to improved productivity. We conducted a demonstration test at the Nagoya factory and were able to verify the expected results, so in 2013 we introduced Amber to three factories with muffin production lines (Nagoya Factory, Fuji Factory, and Shiga Factory).
Please tell us about the effects and changes you have seen since introducing Amber.
Due to the influence of the mandatory HACCP system, customers (who are wholesalers of products) are increasingly requesting measures to prevent contamination by allergens. Furthermore, in recent years, the number of consumers who are strict about food hygiene management has increased. In this situation, the introduction of Ambel hasHighly rated by customers as a measure to prevent contamination with allergensWe have received many positive feedback, and quality assurance in particular has shown a strong interest in Amvel. Our in-house allergen contamination tests and bacterial tests have also shown results that meet the standards.
